Remark :
  • For coverage No.5, Hospital Continement Benefit : overseas confinement THB 3,000 per day and follow-up treatment in Thailand THB 1,000 per day.
  • For coverage No.11, Insured must be responsible for deductible of THB 1,000 from each and every insured event.
  • For coverage No.12, Maximum per pair/piece THB 5,000.-
  • For coverage No.17, pay 10% of the sum insured for each full consecutive 6 hours delay.
Exclusion :
This insurance does not cover injury, loss or damage due to or in consequence causes of or occurred at the time as follows;
1. Suicide or attempt suicide or self-inicted injury.
2. Pre-existing medical conditions.
3. Expense related to the dental service except for rebate of injury due to accident.
4. War, riot, strike, revolution, commotion.
5. Terrorism by chemical weapon, bio-weapon and/or nuclear weapon or other weapons.
6. Intention to commit legal offense of the Insured or conscate of property, retention, destruction by Customs Authority or other competent ofcers, breach of government's rules.
7. While the Insured is in the condition of abnormal mental, insane or undergone by disease in nervous system.
8. Loss as resulted from failure, forgetfulness, ignorance of the Insured.

Terms & Conditions
1. The proposed Insured(s) is/are not traveling contrary to the advice of a medical practitioner or for the propose of obtaining medical treatment.
2. The proposed Insured(s) is/are in good health, free from all physical impairment and deformity.
3. The proposed Insured(s) is/are aware of and agree(s) to abide by the policy's terms, conditions and exclusion, which are set out in the policy.
4. The proposed Insured(s) agree(s) and authorize(s) any medical source (including hospitals and clinics), insurance officer or any other organization to release to New Hampshire Insurance Company, Thailand ("NHI") or Chartis Insurance (Thailand) Public company Limited ("CIT") at any time any information concerning the Proposed Insured(s) if required.
5. The proposed Insured(s) agree(s) that pre-existing medical conditions are not covered by the Insurance.
6. The proposed Insured(s) understand(s) and agree(s) that no insurance is in force until the application is accepted by
New Hampshire Insurance Company, Thailand ("NHI") or Chartis Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited ("CIT") (collectively "Company") and a Policy is issued pursuant thereto. However, all warranties, declarations and disclosures contained in the application shall form the basis of the contract of insurance with the Company. The Proposed Insured(s) agree(s) and authorize(s) that the Company including its affiliates and assignees may reveal or exchange the information given hereto in order to offer services or products that is considered beneficial to the Proposed Insured(s) or for any other matter not prohibited by law. The proposed Insured(s) agree(s) that the Company may use its telephone number, mobile phone number and/or email address given herewith in order to offer other services or products of the Company or its business partners and acknowledge that the Company may assign any third party to contact the proposed Insured(s) for such propose. The proposed Insured(s) also agree(s) that it will not revoke this consent or ask for any compensation from the Company or the assignee.
7. The proposed Insured(s) can hold the Travel Insurance only 1 policy per trip.
